Handcrafted by some of the best blacksmiths in the world,  each knife is made using ethically sourced materials of the highest quality. Entertain guests with a flawless performance as you command each and every cut using 1095 & 15n20 Damascus steel blades. We aimed to reach a hardness of 58 HRC so that you could enjoy the ultimate balance of sharpness and durability. 

Boasting an impressive design that's impossible to ignore,  a blue swirl resin stripe shines nicely to separate the G10 bolster from the grainy Wenge wood handle. Complete with a custom-fitted leather knife roll, keep your knives safe, secure and looking sharp in every sense of the word.  Your knives will arrive with a layer of Food Safe Renaissance Wax and Mineral oil.

*As with all our Forged Steel knives, these are high-carbon steel and must be hand-washed, dried promptly, and coated with a thin layer of oil (mineral, vegetable, etc.) after use. With proper care, these knives will last for many years to come
